- Submission of removal requests on your behalf
- Ongoing monitoring and re-removal as needed
- Reporting on removal progress and status
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with our systems
- Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Service Limitations
While we strive to remove your information from as many sources as possible, you understand that:
- Complete removal from all sources cannot be guaranteed
- Some data brokers may not honor removal requests
- New information may appear on data broker sites over time
- Certain legal or public records may not be removable
- Removal timelines vary by data broker and may take several weeks
Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZeroTraceLabs and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroTraceLabs excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ZeroTraceLabs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
